Hi my name is Christian H and what I did this week was harvest potatoes, cleaned the garage, and clipped and peeled garlic. I like harvesting potatoes because you have to dig them up, and it’s like digging for treasure. It brings back an old time vibe from when I was a kid. When I helped clean out the garage, I realized how un-organized we were as a farm. Cleaning the garage helped the farmers out a lot because it makes it much easier to find stuff. Clipping garlic was a fairly easy job to do, and when you pull the dirty layer off, it just feels good. It’s like how after you get the hard stuff done the rest gets easier!
